How fast do orders ship?
Completed, fully paid orders ship within one business day from our U.S.-based fulfillment center, USPS with tracking. Expedited options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes — plain, unbranded, tamper-evident outer packaging. Nothing on the outside identifies the contents or the sender category.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to most countries where research-use materials clear customs without an import licence. The checkout will tell you if your destination is unavailable, and any duties are the buyer’s responsibility.
What if my package is lost or arrives damaged?
Email us with the order number and, where helpful, photographs. Confirmed loss or transit damage is reshipped or refunded at our cost.
Does anyone need to sign for delivery?
Standard shipments do not require a signature. Signature confirmation can be added at checkout, and is applied automatically to high-value orders.
