What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards, ACH bank transfer, and net terms for approved wholesale accounts.
Can I change or cancel an order after placing it?
Contact us as soon as possible. Orders can be amended or cancelled at no cost until they enter packing; once a label is generated the shipment has to be handled as a return.
Do you offer volume pricing?
Yes. Per-vial pricing drops at 3, 5 and 10 vials on the product page, and wholesale tiers with lot reservations are available for larger recurring volumes.
Will I get an invoice?
An itemised receipt is emailed at checkout, and every invoice stays downloadable from the orders section of your account.
