Research Use Only Policy

This policy sets out how you may use products from Incredible Peptides, who they are for, and what you take on when you order them. It covers every product we offer on incrediblepeptides.com. It works together with our Terms and Conditions, our product labels, and any papers we send with a product.

The Research Use Only label is a condition of sale, not a formality. It sets the intended use of the material and the terms on which we are willing to sell it. When this policy and a product label state the same limit, both apply.

Research Use Only means we sell the material for controlled research or lab work done by qualified staff. We do not market, sell, or supply it as an approved medicine, dietary supplement, food, cosmetic, medical device, veterinary product, or any kind of consumer treatment product.

This intended use does not change because a compound is for sale, because we publish data about it, or because studies about it exist.

Research Use Only products are not for human consumption. They are not to be given to people in any form, and must not be used in or on the human body. This rule is absolute. It does not change based on the buyer’s job, training, or plans.

We do not give advice on doses, how to give a product, how to prepare it for use, or how to mix it for use in a person. Our team cannot answer questions about personal use.

• Use on the skin or as a treatment
• Giving it to yourself in any way
• Clinical or diagnostic use in humans

• Compounding, mixing, or preparing it to give to people

Research Use Only products are not for veterinary treatment or diagnosis, and are not to be given to animals as treatment. They are not approved or offered for use in animals. Nothing on this site is veterinary advice or approval to give a product to an animal.

Legitimate animal research at an institution is governed fully by the buyer’s own regulatory approvals, ethics review, and institution rules. We never supply products for consumer or at-home veterinary use.

Our products are for researchers, labs, schools and research institutions, biotech and testing firms, and other buyers who need research materials for real research and development. When you sign up, we ask what type of researcher you are and ask you to accept the RUO terms. We keep those answers.

When we accept an order, that does not mean we have found that the buyer holds any license, credential, or qualification. If the intended use of an order, or whether it is legitimate, is unclear, we may ask for more details before we release it.

You and your organization are responsible for using the material in a lawful, safe, and proper way. By ordering, you accept these duties.

• Follow your institution’s policies, approvals, and protocols
• Follow the product label and any papers we send
• Handle, store, and dispose of the material in a proper way
• Use suitable protective gear
• Make sure staff are trained for the work
• Control who can access the material where needed
• Prevent it from being diverted for human or veterinary consumption
• Make sure anyone you pass it to understands the RUO limits

Product descriptions are not prescribing information. References to published studies are not medical advice. The fact that a compound has been studied does not change the intended use of the product we sell. Research facts on this site are not an invitation to personal use.

We publish chemical names, sequence and molecule data, technical specs, and links to science papers for research, testing, learning, and general information.

None of this content makes a medical claim, sets up an authorized treatment use, or tells you to use a compound in any certain way.

Specs vary by product and by lot. Check the documents we publish for the exact product and lot you receive. Do not rely on general descriptions.

We publish a certificate of analysis for each lot. You can find it with COA Lookup, using the lot number printed on the vial. Technical specs describe the material as tested. They are not directions for use, and they do not mean the material is fit for any treatment purpose.

When this site refers to science papers or studies by others, that research is separate from Incredible Peptides. Referring to a study does not mean we endorse any use it describes.

Published study results do not turn a Research Use Only product into an approved medical product. We make no treatment advice by referring to these studies.

Only handle the material in a controlled research setting. Only staff trained for the work should handle it. Follow your own safety rules and any papers we send with the product.

Standard lab safety steps apply to all research materials from Incredible Peptides. Follow your facility’s safety rules. If we send safety papers for a product with your order, follow them too.

• A clean, clear work surface
• Avoid direct contact with skin and eyes, and do not breathe it in
• Follow your facility’s safety and waste disposal rules

Store the material as the product label, the packaging, and any storage advice for that product say. Each compound and each format may need different storage.

Where we give advice for a specific product, that advice overrides any general statement on this page.

The uses below are banned. This is not a full list. Any use that does not fit the Research Use Only label is outside the terms on which we sell material.

• Human consumption or giving it to yourself
• Injecting it into people or giving it to them in any other way
• Veterinary or clinical treatment
• Diagnostic use in humans or animals
• Prescribing, dispensing, or compounding for treatment use
• Relabeling material for human consumption
• Presenting products as approved medicines
• Promoting products for treatment results
• Removing or hiding RUO labels
• Supplying material to people for personal consumption
• Any use that breaks the law
• Any kind of fraud or deceptive use

You must not resell, pass on, relabel, or market Incredible Peptides products in any way that misstates their intended use, removes the RUO limits, promotes human or veterinary use, makes a medical claim, or breaks the law.

Approved wholesale partners buy under the same limits as every other customer. They must make sure their own customers get the material with its research use limits intact. You can find wholesale terms on the Wholesale page.

RUO labels and their warnings are part of the intended use limits. They are not decoration. Labels must stay intact and easy to read for as long as you have the material.

You must not remove, hide, change, or misstate those labels in a way that changes the stated intended use of the product.

You are responsible for knowing and following the laws, rules, institution policies, and permit needs that apply to your research and where you work. These vary a great deal, and we cannot work them out for you.

When we accept an order, that is not legal or regulatory advice. It also does not mean we have found that your planned work is allowed where you work.

If you buy for a university, lab, research group, or company, you must make sure the needed internal approvals, protocols, permits, and safety steps are in place before you order or use the material.

Institution buyers must also make sure that everyone who will handle the material understands the limits in this policy.

We may review an order when something points to a compliance concern. If that happens, we may ask about the intended research use, the group placing the order, or other details that help us sell responsibly.

This is a normal part of selling research materials with care. Most orders are never affected. When we do ask, a short reply is usually all we need.

We may decline, limit, cancel, or refuse any order, and may suspend your account, if we have a reasonable concern about any of these: planned misuse, human or veterinary consumption, fraud, false statements, resale for banned purposes, attempts to get around these limits, illegal activity, or any breach of this policy.

Examples include orders that describe a use in people or animals, requests for dosing advice, and order details that do not fit a research or institution purchase.

If there is credible evidence of misuse or a policy breach, we may take action in proportion to it, such as:

• Asking you to explain the intended use
• Holding or canceling an affected order
• Limiting future purchases
• Closing your access to buy
• Declining to supply certain products

When you create an account, place an order, or use this site in any other way, you accept this full Research Use Only Policy along with our Terms and Conditions. When you sign up, you acknowledge research use. We keep that acknowledgment with your account.

By buying, you confirm that you have read these limits. You agree to follow them, the product label, and the related terms of sale.

We may change this policy to reflect changes in how we work, changes to products, compliance practice, or new laws and rules. The new version takes effect when we post it, and we update the date at the top of this page.
