Privacy Policy
Last Updated: August 10, 2026
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how KML Meridian Enterprises LLC ("KML Meridian Enterprises LLC", "we", "us"), which operates the Incredible Peptides brand and the website at incrediblepeptides.com (the "Site"), collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information. It applies when you browse the Site, create an account, place an order, subscribe to our email updates, or contact customer support. It should be read together with our Terms and Conditions.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information in three ways: information you provide directly, information generated when you transact with us, and limited technical information collected automatically when you use the Site.
3. Information You Provide to Us
Depending on how you use the Site, this may include:
- Account information — name, email address, password, and the researcher-type and research-use attestations required to access the catalog.
- Order information — billing and shipping name, address, contact details, and the contents of your order.
- Payment information — the card or bank details you enter at checkout, submitted for processing as described in Section 7.
- Support and inquiry information — the name, email address, phone number, company, subject, and message you submit through the contact form or send to us by email.
- Subscription information — the email address you provide to receive product updates and alerts.
- Wholesale or institutional account information — the entity details you provide when applying for tiered pricing or invoice terms.
4. Information Collected Automatically
When you use the Site, our hosting and security infrastructure receives standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type and version, device and operating system information, referring page, and the pages and products you view. Site search terms you enter are processed to return results. This information is used to operate, secure, and improve the Site.
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar browser storage for essential functions: keeping you signed in, remembering your cart and catalog preferences, and recording that you have completed the research-use acknowledgment. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings; if you do, parts of the Site — including sign-in and checkout — may not work correctly.
6. How We Use Your Information
We use personal information to:
- verify eligibility to purchase research materials and create and administer your account;
- process, fulfill, ship, and invoice your orders, and publish the certificates of analysis tied to your purchases;
- communicate with you about orders, account activity, and support requests;
- send product updates and alerts if you have subscribed to them;
- detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, misuse, and security incidents;
- operate, maintain, and improve the Site and our product listings; and
- comply with legal, tax, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations, and to establish or defend legal claims.
7. Orders and Payment Information
Payment details are submitted through the checkout form on the Site and are transmitted to a third-party payment processor to authorize and settle the transaction. We receive and retain order records — including the amount, the transaction result, and limited identifying details such as the card brand and last four digits where our processor provides them — but we do not use full payment-card numbers or security codes for any purpose other than submitting the transaction for processing. For approved invoice or wholesale accounts, we retain the billing records associated with those terms.
8. Email, Newsletter, and Marketing Communications
If you subscribe, we use your email address to send new product launch announcements, subscriber pricing and offers, restock notices, and other product updates. Subscribing is optional and is never required to browse the Site, create an account, or place an order. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to remove you at support@incrediblepeptides.com. Transactional messages — order confirmations, shipping notices, certificate availability, and support replies — are part of the service and are not marketing; you may continue to receive them after unsubscribing from marketing email.
9. Restock and Product Notifications
Restock and product notifications are one part of the same optional email subscription described above. We use the email address you provide only to send those notices and related product updates, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the same methods.
10. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information for money. We share personal information only as described here: with service providers acting on our behalf (Section 11); with parties you direct us to involve in a transaction; where required by law, legal process, or a governmental request; to protect our rights, property, or safety or those of others, including fraud prevention and enforcement of our Terms; and in connection with a business transfer as described in Section 14.
11. Service Providers and Third Parties
We rely on service providers to run the business, including web hosting and cloud infrastructure, payment processing, email delivery, shipping and fulfillment carriers, and independent analytical laboratories that test the lots we sell (laboratories receive material and lot data, not customer personal information). These providers may process personal information only as needed to perform services for us. The Site loads web fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests those font files from Google and Google receives the associated request data. If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from that provider to create or access your account.
12. Analytics and Advertising Technologies
We do not currently run third-party advertising pixels or cross-context behavioral advertising technologies on the Site, and we do not build advertising profiles about you. If we add analytics or advertising technologies in the future, we will update this Policy and provide any choices required by applicable law before or when those technologies are enabled.
13. Sale or Sharing of Personal Information
We do not sell personal information in exchange for money, and we do not currently disclose personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Some privacy laws define "sale" and "share" broadly enough to include certain disclosures to third-party technologies; based on the technologies presently in use on the Site, we do not believe we engage in such sales or sharing. If that changes, we will update this Policy and honor applicable opt-out rights.
14. Business Transfers
If KML Meridian Enterprises LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will require the recipient to handle it consistently with this Policy or provide notice of any material change.
15. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the services you request and for legitimate business purposes — including maintaining order and certificate records, accounting and tax compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and enforcement of our Terms. Retention periods vary by record type and applicable legal requirement. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we delete it or de-identify it.
16. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and loss, including encrypted transmission of data submitted through the Site. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we cannot warrant absolute security. Please use a strong, unique password and notify us promptly at support@incrediblepeptides.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
17. Your Privacy Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal information:
- to request access to, or a copy of, the personal information we hold about you;
- to request correction of inaccurate information;
- to request deletion of your account and associated information, subject to records we must retain by law;
- to opt out of marketing communications;
- to withdraw consent where our processing relies on consent; and
- to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights.
18. Exercising Your Rights
To make a request, email support@incrediblepeptides.com from the address associated with your account, or use the contact form on the Site. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we may decline a request where an exception applies — for example, where records must be retained for tax, accounting, or compliance reasons. Available rights and response timeframes depend on the privacy laws that apply to you; we will tell you if a request cannot be honored and why. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf where applicable law permits, subject to verification.
19. Cookies and Communication Preferences
You can manage cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them. You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any marketing message or by contacting us. Because the Site does not currently use advertising or analytics tracking technologies, there is no advertising opt-out to apply at this time.
20. Children’s Privacy
The Site is intended for professional and institutional purchasers and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Site, contact us at support@incrediblepeptides.com and we will delete it. Any minimum purchaser age applied to orders is stated in our Terms and Conditions and at checkout rather than in this Policy.
21. Third-Party Websites and Services
The Site may link to third-party websites, published literature, or services that we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and this Policy does not apply to them. Review those policies before providing personal information.
22. International Users
The Site is operated from the United States and personal information is processed and stored in the United States. If you access the Site or place an order from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those of your country.
23. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The revised version takes effect when posted to the Site, and the "Last Updated" date above will change accordingly. Where a change is material, we will provide additional notice as required by applicable law. Continued use of the Site after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
24. Related Policies
This Policy works alongside our Terms and Conditions, Shipping Policy, Refunds and Returns Policy, and Research Use Only (RUO) Policy, all of which are linked in the footer of the Site.
