1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of incrediblepeptides.com (the "Site") and any purchase of products offered through it. The Site and the Incredible Peptides brand are operated by KML Meridian Enterprises LLC ("KML Meridian Enterprises LLC", "we", "us"). By using the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, to our Research Use Only (RUO) Policy, and to the Privacy, Shipping, and Refunds and Returns policies referenced here. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase products.

2. Eligibility and Authorized Use

The Site is intended for researchers, laboratories, institutions, and other purchasers acquiring research materials for legitimate research and development purposes. Accounts are individual to the person or entity that registers them. You agree to provide accurate registration and order information, to keep it current, and to acquire products only on behalf of a party authorized to receive and handle research chemicals. We may decline to create an account or accept an order where eligibility cannot be established.

3. Research Use Only

All products offered through the Site are intended exclusively for research and development purposes. They are supplied as research materials to be handled by qualified personnel in an appropriate laboratory setting, in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, institutional requirements, and accepted laboratory practice. Products are not sold as drugs, foods, cosmetics, dietary supplements, medical devices, or household products, and no product is offered for any clinical, diagnostic, therapeutic, or veterinary application.

4. Not for Human Consumption

5. Chemical Supplier Status

KML Meridian Enterprises LLC is a chemical supplier. KML Meridian Enterprises LLC is not a compounding pharmacy or compounding facility as defined under Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, nor is it an outsourcing facility as defined under Section 503B of the Act. We do not prepare, compound, dispense, or supply prescription medications, and we do not fill prescriptions.

6. No Medical Advice

Nothing on the Site — including product descriptions, certificates of analysis, literature references, FAQs, or other content — constitutes medical, clinical, or professional advice, or a recommendation for any course of treatment. 8. Purchaser Representations and Responsibilities

9. Product Information and Research Materials

We publish the purity, identity, and lot information reported for the material in stock, together with the corresponding certificate of analysis. Analytical results describe the lot tested and are not a specification, warranty, or guarantee of performance in any particular application. Product images are representative; labels, closures, and packaging may vary between lots. We work to keep product information accurate, but do not warrant that all descriptions, pricing, or availability details on the Site are free of error or omission, and we may correct errors at any time.

10. Ordering and Order Acceptance

An order placed through the Site is an offer to purchase, and no order is binding until we accept it. We may verify, limit, decline, or cancel any order — including after an order confirmation is sent — where we cannot verify the purchaser or intended research use, where a pricing or listing error has occurred, where quantities appear inconsistent with research use, or where acceptance would be inconsistent with law or these Terms. If we cancel an accepted order, we will refund amounts paid for the cancelled items.

11. Pricing and Payment

Prices are stated in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Volume pricing, subscriber offers, and wholesale tiers apply as described on the relevant page at the time of purchase. Payment is due at checkout unless we have approved invoice terms for your account, in which case payment is due as stated on the invoice. Taxes, duties, and similar charges are your responsibility unless we state otherwise.

12. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping, processing times, carriers, packaging, and international handling are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Delivery estimates provided by us or a carrier are estimates, not guarantees, and we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather, or other events outside our control.

13. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns, replacements, refunds, and cancellations are governed by our Refunds and Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. Unused, unopened items in returnable condition may be returned or exchanged; opened or used material generally cannot be physically returned for safety and quality-control reasons, though a refund may be issued under our satisfaction policy without the product being returned. Where a product does not match the certificate published for its lot, contact us and we will address it under that policy.

14. Product Availability

Products are offered subject to availability and are listed against specific lots. A listing may be limited in quantity, withdrawn, or discontinued at any time, and a lot may sell out before an order is accepted. Where an ordered item is unavailable, we will notify you and may cancel and refund that portion of the order.

15. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at support@incrediblepeptides.com if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. We may suspend or terminate an account that we reasonably believe has been used in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

16. Intellectual Property Rights

The Site and its contents — including text, product descriptions, photography, graphics, layout, logos, and the Incredible Peptides name and marks — are owned by KML Meridian Enterprises LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print Site content for your internal research and recordkeeping purposes. You may not otherwise copy, republish, distribute, frame, scrape, or create derivative works from Site content, or use our names or marks, without our prior written permission.

17. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Site or any product purchased through it: for human or animal consumption or administration; for any clinical, diagnostic, or therapeutic purpose; in violation of any applicable law or regulation; to resell or distribute products with claims inconsistent with their research-use status; to interfere with, disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems; to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information; or to use automated means to extract data from the Site without our written permission.

Except as expressly stated in these Terms or in our Refunds and Returns Policy, the Site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. 20. Limitation of Liability

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them, the Site, or any order are governed by the laws of the state in which KML Meridian Enterprises LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in that state.
