Orders are processed and shipped within one business day of being received and paid in full. Business days exclude weekends and postal and federal holidays.
Carriers and tracking
Standard orders ship from our U.S.-based fulfillment center via the United States Postal Service, with tracking emailed once the label is generated. Expedited options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
Discreet packaging
Every order ships in plain, unbranded, tamper-evident outer packaging. Nothing on the outside identifies the contents, the sender category, or Incredible Peptides.
International orders
We ship to a limited set of countries where import of RUO research materials is permitted. Customs delays and any import duties are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Lost or delayed shipments
Contact support with your order number if tracking shows no movement for more than 3 business days. We will investigate with the carrier and re-ship or refund as appropriate.
Storage on arrival
Compounds ship as lyophilized powder and are shelf-stable in transit, so no cold chain is required. For long-term storage, keep lyophilized material at −20°C and reconstituted material refrigerated, per the certificate of analysis.
